Faculties
The clinical faculty — medicine, surgery, reproduction and disease — built around a working teaching hospital.
Welcome to the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences. Our team of experienced, internationally qualified and research-intensive teachers is engaged in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students to solve real-world livestock and poultry challenges — regionally, nationally and internationally.
We believe in holistic development. Beyond lecture halls and practical laboratories, students are encouraged to sharpen their management and leadership skills through vibrant co-curricular and extra-curricular activity, under the close mentorship of their teachers.
The clinicians and surgeons of the faculty do more than teach. They bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world application — giving young veterinarians hands-on clinical skill, advising farmers on husbandry and animal health, and delivering the diagnostic and treatment services that prevent and cure infectious and non-infectious disease in pets, small and large animals, poultry and fisheries.
Our mission is to drive economic development across South Punjab by delivering quality education, advanced postgraduate research, and service to the agricultural community through exceptional veterinary diagnostics, clinical care and treatment.
I warmly welcome you to our campus and wish you a successful, rewarding and inspiring journey as you pursue your professional veterinary degree.
