Planning & Development
The Planning & Development office prepares the university's development plan and its capital projects — the schemes that add teaching blocks, laboratories, residences and equipment as the institution grows.
Its proposals go to the Finance & Planning Committee and the Syndicate alongside the Treasurer's budget estimates; approved works are then delivered by the Directorate of Building & Works.
